#WeAreAllHodlonaut Crowdfunding Reaches Goal
The Twitter war between Craig Wright and Hodlonaut, supported by basically the whole crypto community, continued over the weekend. After the hashtag #WeAreAllHodlonaut started trending, many famous crypto personalities started speaking up against Wright. Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao threatened to delist Bitcoin SV, the currency Wright supports, if he continues this type of behaviour. Furthermore a crowdfunding campaign was started and already managed to raise nearly $30,000, reaching it’s goal within a few hours. The fund will be used to pay for the upcoming lawsuit against Wright, which he started because Twitter user Hodlonaut called him “a fraud”.
Crypto Market Sees Green Again
The cryptocurrency market is on the up again and most top 20 coins managed to make up for the losses on last Friday. Bitcoin seems to have found resistance at the $5,000 mark and is up by around 2%, currently trading at $5,169. Nearly all Alt-coins are up on the day, with Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin being the top performers. Bitcoin Cash is up by 8 percent and is scraping the $300 mark again. Litecoin is up by 6.48%, currently trading at $82.50 and saw record high hash-rates in the last few days, which is a sign of a very healthy network.
Crypto Wins IMF Poll
The International Monetary Fund has recently published a poll, asking Twitter users how they think they will be paying for their lunch in five years. The result was the following:
As we can see cryptocurrency won by miles, with Mobile Phone coming in second place. This could be result of many cryptocurrency fans using Twitter as their preferred social media site. Especially Ripple, the third largest cryptocurrency in market capitalization, seems to be prominently represented, with the “XRP Army” swarming the comment section.
