Litecoin announces upgrade

Users of Litecoin now have the option to install a major new upgrade, version 0.17.1, which is said to offer better performance and improved translation. The upgrade comes at a time where Litecoin is doing exceptionally well, currently trading at $55.50, regaining it’s place among the top cryptocurrencies and being sharply up since bottoming out at $22 in December. It is possible that the price rally is due to the halving, that is happening in August, as prices usually spike in these events.
