Justin Sun surfaces in San Francisco
After reports that Justin Sun, the CEO of Tron, had to postpone his lunch with Warren Buffett . And reports that followed stating that he was being held in China due to money laundering accusations. It now seems like Justin Sun is located in San Francisco.
He broadcasted a live video from a San Francisco high-rise, which clearly shows the Bay Bridge in the background.
Thursday’s lunch with Warren Buffett was planned to coincide with a party celebrating Tron’s acquisition a year ago. The company confirmed there are still events planned for Thursday, although the lunch will not be happening.
Meanwhile, the price of Tron dropped almost 30% this week. From 30 dollar cents to around 22 cents
New crypto hearings planned in the U.S.
After hearings about Facebook’s Libra last week, the Senate Banking Committee will hold a hearing on regulatory frameworks for cryptocurrencies and blockchain next week. The hearing will be held on the 30th of July and can be followed via livestream:

John McAfee is missing and his data time-bomb is ticking
A tweet from McAfee’s Twitter account earlier this morning suggests that he is missing and possibly detained by authorities. John McAfee is a famous personality in the crypto space and well known for his one million dollar in 2020 price prediction for Bitcoin.
The Twitter account also announced that McAfee holds a lot of secret data that will be released if he does not appear soon:
Some people say that this could be one big publicity stunt for McAfee’s upcoming presidential campaign. Time will tell.
Bitcoin drops below support of 10.000 USD
The price of Bitcoin has dropped below the key support level of 10.000 USD and is currently trading around 9700 USD.
