China’s nationwide blockchain network will launch April 2020
China’s nationwide Blockchain-based Service Network will launch in April 2020, six months after it was rolled out for testing.
The project aims to provide a trusted infrastructure for supporting new blockchain projects as well as the development of smart cities and the digital economy.
10M Bitcoins have not moved in a year
“HODLing” has returned to a major milestone: about 10.7 million Bitcoins haven’t moved in more than 12 months, according to Digital Assets Data.
The total number of Bitcoins in circulation is 18.14 million. This means nearly 60% of the coins remained dormant and only 40% participated in the price action seen in 2019.
Bitcoin price drops below 8.000 USD
Over the last hours, the price of Bitcoin dropped below the 8.000 USD support as US President Donald Trump stated that he would not seek further military action against Iran following Tuesday night’s bombing of two airbases in Iraq.
Bitcoin is currently trading around 7.900 USD.
