Bitmain deploying large amount of mining equipment
Bitmain plans to deploy 200.000 units of its own mining equipment this summer in China, taking advantage of cheap hydroelectric power. China’s rain season will not arrive until May, but sources say Bitmain is already making deals with farms in Sichuan an Yunnan to host equipment.
Bitmain’s scaling up also signals a market shift. Miners are preparing to invest again after last year’s market slump, which reportedly shut down more than 600.000 bitcoin miners
Prediction market start up raises $11 million in ICO
An American prediction market start up has raised $11 million to launch their project called ‘Erasure’. Erasure will enable users to sell their predictions to any investment fund via a peer-to-peer network. With their crypto wallets connected directly to the Ethereum-based market place.
Funds from the ICO will mostly be spent on hiring enigneers for the project.

Margin trading with Binance?
Earlier this week a programmer on Reddit found signs of margin trading features in Binance’s API. The function is still disabled, but it implies that Binance is considering the implementation of margin trading features. Binance did not confirm they are planning to launch margin trading features, only that they are keeping their API framework ‘future proof’
BTC price sees slight decline
After breaching the $4.000 barrier on March 20th, BTC saw its price drop below $4.000 again on the 21st. Many other cryptocurrencies are also showing slight losses.
