Bitcoin drops after Coinbase Crash
Bitcoin’s price dropped with 1.400 USD after a short crash on Coinbase. The service discovered a problem with their API and the website was down several minutes. The dip happened in the midst of Bitcoin setting new yearly highs day after day. Bitcoin’s price is now hovering around 12.600 USD.
Coinbase Pro launches support for Chainlink.
Chainlink token, which saw a steep rise in price over the last few weeks on news that the token is partnering with Google. Will be listed on Coinbase Pro in the near future.
Square rolls out Bitcoin deposits
Payments company Square has made Bitcoin deposits available on it’s Cash app as of June 26. It allows deposits worth 10.000 USD in a seven days period, the app also notes that transfers could take several hours to confirm on the blockchain. Square was founded by Jack Dorsey, who also founded Twitter and is a famous Bitcoin bull.
